My goal is to increase the awareness of massage as an alternative therapy to pain management. Instead of masking the pain, I work with you to address the primary areas of discomfort at their root source. Each session I use a variety of modalities/massage techniques. One session might be deep tissue only, while the next might be four different modalities in one session. Whatever is needed to help you experience quicker and longer lasting pain relief from your chronic and acute muscular-skeletal issues.
To help you achieve the best results, I transitioned to incorporate a sliding scale policy. Sliding scale pricing helps all clients maintain a regular treatment regimen. Multi-tier pricing also makes massage therapy affordable to all people, from all walks of life!

As you rest fully clothed on a healing table, the session begins with grounding breathwork and intention setting. Crystals are intuitively selected and placed on or around your body, often corresponding to the chakras or areas in need of balance. Each stone holds a unique frequency, working in harmony with Reiki energy to cleanse, activate, and realign your energetic field.
With gentle hands placed lightly on or just above the body, Reiki flows where it is most needed to dissolve energetic blockages, release stagnant emotions, and restore your natural vibrational harmony. The presence of crystals amplifies this healing energy, offering deep clearing, spiritual insight, and connection to higher realms.
